Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Be in their original condition

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in the original packaging where possible

Not show signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alteration
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Socks (if packaging has been opened)

Swimwear without hygiene liners

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and reason for return.

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Ship the item back to the address provided.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive:

An incorrect item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue.
If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, shipping charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Fraud Prevention
ShopAsyn reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of our return policy, or violations of our Terms of Service.
